Whistleblower

Reporting Authorization:
All employees have the right to submit reports.

Anonymous Reporting:
You can submit your report anonymously by not providing personal information that allows identification. However, a more effective investigation of a violation may occur if you provide contact details. Your identity will generally not be disclosed to anyone other than the case managers without explicit consent. Exceptions may apply in the case of official investigations or legal proceedings.

Confidentiality:
Case managers are initially informed of your report and guide the further steps of the investigation. Unauthorized employees do not have access to the report. All information is treated strictly confidential.

Report Status and Communication:
After submission, you can view the processing status in your login area. Case managers may contact you confidentially if there are inquiries. You have the opportunity to provide additional information. Login credentials are automatically generated and ensure anonymity.

Purpose of the System:
The whistleblower system is for reporting violations of laws, codes of conduct, and company policies.

Truthful Reporting:
Please only submit truthful reports. Intentionally false statements can have legal consequences for the whistleblower. In case of doubt, label your report as a suspicion or statement from a third party.

Feedback and Follow-up Actions:
Upon receipt, you will receive a password-protected, anonymous access. Within a maximum of three months after receiving the report, you will receive feedback from a case manager on planned or already taken follow-up actions and the reasons for them. If you provide your email address, you will also be informed about the current processing status via email. Please do not use a business email address.
